When New York opened its adult-use market, corporate operators rushed in from out of state to buy up storefronts. Canna Planet took a different path: a licensed, locally owned dispensary group grown store by store in the towns it serves, from the Hudson River valley to the Catskills and the Mohawk Valley.
We are your neighbors. Our teams live in the counties they serve, know the trails, the orchards, and the main streets around every storefront, and stood behind the small businesses of this region long before cannabis was ever on the shelf.
Canna Planet grew out of that belonging. Each showroom is designed to feel less like a store and more like a small observatory: warm, unhurried, and free of judgment. A place where a lifelong connoisseur and a curious first-timer are welcomed exactly the same way, as guests rather than transactions.

Each store sits in a real downtown or retail corridor, from Kingston and Wappingers Falls to Ellenville, Monticello, Liberty, Catskill, and Herkimer, and is staffed by people who live in the county it serves.
That footprint is the point. Because we are locally owned rather than run from out of state, the money a store makes stays close to home. We hire from the towns we operate in, stock New York growers and makers, and put proceeds back into the main streets, makers, and landscapes of the region.
