Welcome. Here's how your first orbit goes.
Stepping into a licensed dispensary for the first time should feel as easy as wandering into a good local winery. No jargon, no rush, no wrong questions. This is the whole visit, start to finish, before you ever walk through the door.

Five stops, one loop
Your first orbit
Follow the line. Each stop is one small piece of the visit, in the order you'll actually meet it.
- 01The threshold
Bring a valid 21+ photo ID
You must be 21 or older with a government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. A greeter checks it at the door, the same quick nod you'd get at a good wine bar. A photo of your ID on a phone screen cannot be accepted under New York law.
- 02Chart your route
Three ways to order
Browse the full menu online and read up before you arrive. Reserve your picks for fast in-store pickup and skip the browsing line. Or simply walk in, no appointment, and let the room guide you. Every path lands at the same counter.
- 03Step inside
A calm, unhurried room
No pressure, no rush. Take your time among the displays, ask anything, and let a budtender walk the menu with you at your own pace. First visits are for questions, and ours are trained to make yours feel easy.
- 04Find your orbit
Guided by terpene and mood, not milligrams
We don't chase the highest number on the label. Tell us the moment you're shaping, an evening in, a hike, a gathering with friends, and we'll talk terpenes, format, and feel to match it. It's a conversation about character, not a race to potency.
- 05The exchange
Cash and debit only
New York dispensaries can't take credit cards, so bring cash or a debit card. ATMs sit right in the lobby if you need them. Your order leaves in a sealed, opaque exit bag, ready for the road home.
First-visit questions
Do I need to be 21 to come in?
Yes. New York adult-use rules require every guest to be 21 or older with a valid, physical government-issued photo ID. A photo of an ID on a phone cannot be accepted, and no medical card is needed.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in any time during store hours. If you would rather skip the browse, reserve your order online and pick it up at the counter instead.
How do I pay, and is there an ATM?
We accept cash and debit cards. New York dispensaries cannot process credit cards, so bring cash or a debit card; an ATM is available in store if you need one.
How much can I buy on one visit?
New York permits adults to purchase and possess up to three ounces of cannabis flower and up to twenty-four grams of concentrate for personal use.
Will anyone see what I bought?
Your order leaves in a sealed, opaque, child-resistant exit bag, which is required by New York law. Keep it sealed until you are in a private residence.
You belong here. Questions welcome.
Nobody arrives an expert. The best conversations at our counter start with "I have no idea where to begin," and that's exactly the visit we love. Come curious. We'll take it from there.
No question is too basic
First timers are our favorite guests. Ask about anything: formats, onset, storage, or what half the words on the label even mean.
Come as you are
Curious newcomer or longtime enthusiast, there's no dress code and no gatekeeping. The door is the same for everyone.
Leave with a plan
You'll walk out knowing what you chose and why, not just what you bought. That's the whole point of the counter.
